Ahora que se acercan estas elecciones, votemos masivamente. No votes solo. Anima a todos a VOTAR. Tu voto cuenta.
La cuestión clave en la papeleta electoral es la Pregunta n.º 3, ¡y yo voto SÍ a la Pregunta n.º 3!
Llama a alguien que ya no conduce. Pregunta a ese joven que nunca ha votado. Pregúntales a los miembros de la iglesia si tienen pensado votar. A veces la gente no necesita otro discurso sobre el voto. Solo necesitan que alguien les diga: «Voy a votar, ven y únete a mí».
Recordamos las grandes marchas del Movimiento por los Derechos Civiles, pero recordemos también a quienes las hicieron posibles. Alguien cocinaba para los voluntarios. Alguien cuidaba a los niños. Alguien llenaba el tanque del auto. Y alguien se aseguraba de que todos llegaran a casa. Ellos contribuyeron a que esto sucediera, y tú puedes hacer lo mismo ayudando a otros a VOTAR.
¡Preparémonos para VOTAR! Así que llama. Ofrece llevarte. Trae a alguien contigo. Después, paren a comer algo y disfruten del tiempo juntos.

Let’s Get Ready to VOTE!
As these elections approach, let’s turn out in large numbers. Don’t vote alone. Encourage everyone to VOTE. Your vote counts.
The key issue on the ballot is Question No. 3, and I’m voting YES on Question No. 3!
Call someone who no longer drives. Ask that young person who has never voted. Ask your fellow church members if they plan to vote. Sometimes people don’t need another speech about voting. They just need someone to say, “I’m going to vote. Come join me.”
We remember the great marches of the Civil Rights Movement, but let’s also remember those who made them possible. Someone cooked for the volunteers. Someone watched the children. Someone filled up the car’s gas tank. And someone made sure everyone got home. They helped make it happen, and you can do the same by helping others VOTE.
Let’s Get Ready to VOTE! So make that call. Offer a ride. Bring someone with you. Afterward, stop for a bite to eat and enjoy your time together.
