DECLARACIÓN PÚBLICA

Un cálido saludo para todos.
Esta es una nota introductoria, pero sobre todo, una declaración desde el corazón. Deseo expresar mi más sincero y profundo agradecimiento al gobierno de los Estados Unidos, a los legisladores, a las organizaciones sin fines de lucro, a mi familia, amigos, lectores y seguidores de Latin Opinion — todos fueron clave en este camino silencioso pero decidido.
Después de haber atravesado una tribulación de proporciones enormes, las palabras me quedan cortas para expresar la magnitud de mi gratitud. Muy pronto regresaré a nuestra querida ciudad portuaria para compartir ese agradecimiento en persona.
Hay muchas personas y nombres que merecen ser reconocidos. En su debido momento, me encargaré de expresarles a cada uno el aprecio y el respeto que tan profundamente merecen.
También quisiera aprovechar esta oportunidad para aclarar que no he autorizado a nadie a emitir declaraciones públicas en mi nombre. Agradezco el interés mostrado por parte de los medios y de quienes han intentado contactarme. Cuando llegue el momento oportuno, hablaré directamente para contar mi historia — con la verdad — a fin de evitar distorsiones o intentos de confundir a la opinión pública por parte de algunos medios de comunicación malintencionados de Baltimore.

Warm greetings to all.
This is an introductory note, but above all, a heartfelt declaration. I wish to extend my most sincere and profound gratitude to the United States government, elected officials, nonprofit organizations, my family, friends, readers, and supporters of Latin Opinion — each of whom played a vital role in this quiet yet unwavering journey.
Having endured a tribulation of immense proportions, I find that no words are sufficient to fully express the depth of my gratitude. Very soon, I will return to our beloved port city to share that gratitude in person.
There are many individuals and names who deserve to be acknowledged. In due time, I will ensure that each one receives the appreciation and respect they so deeply deserve.
I would also like to take this opportunity to clarify that I have not authorized anyone to make public statements on my behalf. I appreciate the interest shown by members of the press and those who have attempted to reach out. When the appropriate time comes, I will speak directly — with honesty — to share my story, and to prevent any distortion of the truth or attempts to mislead the public by certain malicious media outlets from Baltimore.
